Manik R. Khisti, DMD
Dr. Khisti received her Bachelor of Dentistry (BDS) from Government Dental College, Nagpur India in 2001. She then went on to receive her Doctorate in Dental Medicine (DMD) with honors from the Goldman School of Dental Medicine, Boston University, MA in 2008. Dr. Khisti came to the US in 2003 after getting married and now has two wonderful kids.
Dr. Khisti strives to further her education and offers her patients the best dental care services through extensive knowledge and state-of-the-art equipment. She spends over 100 hours each year in continuing education courses so she can provide her patients with the most up-to-date procedures. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking, and playing tennis.
Dr. Khisti is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA) and the Virginia Dental Association (VDA).
Victoria W. Crowder, DDS
Dr. Crowder was raised in Midlothian and earned her undergraduate degree in Zoology from North Carolina State University. She graduated with her Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2011. She went on to complete a one year residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry, also at VCU. Dr. Crowder and her husband have two daughters, Hannah and Emily.

Sara Haroon, RDH
Sara is a Richmond native who has worked in general dentistry, periodontics, and also taught clinical dental hygiene at VCU from 2009-2017. Awards of recognition include VCU’s Top 40 Dental Hygiene Alumni in 2009, the Outstanding Young Alumnus Award from the MCV Alumni Association in 2016, and VCU’s Nifty Fifty Award of Excellence in 2019. Sara enjoys traveling, music, and yoga.

Chelsea Darden, RDH
Chelsea is a 2014 graduate of the VCU School of Dentistry with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. Chelsea has provided dental hygiene services on several Mission of Mercy projects around Virginia. She was a recipient of the 2014 Colgate STAR award, showing excellence and commitment to dental hygiene by demonstrating dedication to the profession, passion in patient care, enthusiasm and follow-through for community service, and enjoyment in practicing dental hygiene. Chelsea enjoys traveling and is active with her church.
Amanda Ricker, RDH
Amanda graduated from the VCU School of Dentistry in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. Amanda has experience with a variety of mission trips, including VCU’s Jamaica Project where she provided dental hygiene services to Jamaican residents with limited dental access. Amanda grew up in Emporia, VA. Amanda enjoys running and crafting in her spare time.

Melanie Haley, Office Manager & Insurance Coordinator
Melanie has been with the office since 2007 and handles all accounts receivable, including generating insurance claims and patient co-pays. Additionally, she is the office HIPAA manager. She obtained an Associate’s degree in 2001 in General Education from College of the Albemarle. She is active with her church and enjoys returning home with her husband and kids to the Outer Banks as often as possible.

Jami Lamm, Dental Assistant
Jami received her dental assisting training at John Tyler Community College and has over 20 years of dental assisting experience. She is dental radiation, CPR, and first aid certified. Jami has a strong passion for all aspects of dentistry, and is 100% committed to providing excellent patient care. Outside of work, Jami enjoys spending time with her two children and her grandsons.

Alyssa Tilley, Dental Assistant 
Alyssa was trained through the Chesterfield Technical Center to receive her certificate in Dental Assisting. She is dental radiation, CPR, and first aid certified. Alyssa’s career in dentistry began with us and she has been a huge asset to the office in these last few years. She enjoys hanging out with friends and shopping.

Elizabeth Ramirez, Patient Coordinator
Liz has experience through working at other medical offices in this same position as Patient Coordinator, so her transition into dental was an easy one! Liz manages the schedule like a pro and is always kind and patient, making her the perfect addition to our warm and friendly office. Liz is a Starbucks connoisseur and loves trying new restaurants around town.
